  Love this location. The food and staff are always friendly and helpful. The ingredients are always fresh, and the area is always clean. I always go to this location late nights, and it's always consistent all around. Great job!!!

  I came in this evening to grab some dinner and all I can say is I was completely unhappy with everything. First of all the inside and tables are disgusting and clearly have not been cleaned in a hot second. Second of all the food. In it's trys behind the counter it just looked old and gross. Our bread was burnt and dry and everything tasted old as well as them being out of alot of products. There was even a family that walked in and walked back out. I think this can very easily be changed but until then I will not be back at this location.

  Walked in and they took a while to finally get our order when we were the only ones in the store. Then they were out of a lot of stuff for the day at 7 o’clock? Then when we went to sit down half the tables were dirty and when we finally found a halfway clean table and get our food open the machine had burnt the bread making it taste like charcoal and it was overall just a terrible experience. I would highly recommend going to the Gas station subway over this. Pathetic excuse for a subway!

  Placed online order for footlong last night to be picked up for me at work it came to me it was a six inch and the sandwich had the wrong meat in it. Called to speak to a manager only to find out that the only person of authority works dayshift. So any issues have to be handled in morning. Called this morning only to get busy signal.

  Waited in line for ten minutes and when I asked the employee for some he said he was “busy” while blatantly on his phone with an empty store. After that I just left. Go to the other store in seguin if you want subway you will get your food faster even with the drive and will better customer service.
