  They are constantly out of items. Very rarely have I ever received what I ordered because of them “being out for the day”. I’ve asked for broccoli cheese soup on 3 different occasions and they stated they don’t have it every time despite advertising it.

  Ownership - if you’re wondering why your numbers are struggling here, no one answers the drive-thru and you have banners outside (that are already faded and torn) that state “drive thru open 24 hours”. Your grass around the location is heavily overgrown, and the quality of food and presentation is poor. The people here absolutely act like they are here to collect a check and do not put forth any effort to make your food the way you want it. You’ve got problems in 3 out of the 4 p’s of business.

  It was a take out order, It was prepared quickly. The subs were very fresh and we enjoyed them. I will be going back.
