  Incompetent and useless. The two words I'd use to describe my experience here. After having to endure listening to this woman tell me about how she grew up in her dad's shop and all this blah blah blah blah blah she sells me the wrong fuel filter for a truck. I didn't need to use the filter when I got it, I bought it To have handy when the time came to use it. Low and Behold that day came And would you believe it was the wrong filter. Brand new filter just been sitting like millions of auto parts do, nothing wrong with it never used went to take it to exchange it for the correct filter. not only did they find my receipt, they find that I in fact purchased this brand new filter, they refused to exchange it for the correct one because it was too long ago. I've never heard of such a stupid thing in my life and I think they should all be held accountable for running a racket where they can give you the wrong part you cannot use, and they refuse to not only exchange it because of their incompetence, but suggest we sell itbon facebook(theirs nothing wrong With it)but actually charge you for another filter. I don't care if it was a year ago if you could find proof that I bought this part from you and there's nothing wrong with the part that would be sitting on the shelf like millions of other parts to do, what you did to us is absolutely unacceptable and I hope your business pays dearly for this because not only am I going back to return this filter but I'm never going back to advanced auto parts agai. that stupid filter cost you a lifelong customer so here comes your $60 back and I know where you guys can put it. Do me a favor and anybody else who happens to fall into the hands of this branch, maybe they should higher competent people who know what the heck they're doing, not some lady who doesn't know her you know what from her elbow. Have a wonderful day, may all your days be bright, and after today you will never see us again. And Joe, worst manager ive had an experience with. I hope you lose business and i will be going across the street to Auto Zone where i never had an issue. 🤌🏼

  My family and I had an amazing experience at this store. Joe Talamantes and his employees went far beyond in helping us when our car broke down at their store. They diagnosed the issue got us the part and found us a reliable mechanic to get us back on the road. I would rate this store higher if I could.
