    I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. This incident occurred around 5:20 PM with an online order. The customer service was extremely poor. A young employee spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive manner. My sandwich was made incorrectly. When I politely asked for it to be fixed, I was told I could just take the pepperoni home and fix it myself. That is completely unacceptable—I expect my order to be made correctly in-store. When another employee finally remade the sandwich, the young employee then tried to charge me for the order again, and that’s when he gave me attitude. He informed me that their “policy” is to reuse the same sandwich and just fix it when mistakes are made, which is something I have never heard of and find very concerning. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor service, and questionable handling of food has completely turned me away. I will not be returning. They have lost a loyal customer.

    Honestly I loved this subway until one day I went and got me and my S/O subs. She wants jalapeños on hers and they ended up tasting sour, almost rotten! (She is a jalapeño connoisseur.) I went back to potentially get it remade entirely without the jalapeños, or even see if I could get a refund for the sub. They ended up saying yes they could make me a new sub, while in the middle of making the sub, the “manager” wanted to tell the employee that I must pay for the new sub as well even though I brought back the old sub. Just entirely disappointed because I always try to tip above 15% and I never complain. I will never return because of the hospitality and the state of the jalapeños.

    Seriously. I have gotten used to the fact that they don't know what "extra" means. I don't even want "extra". I want what I would like to think is the normal amount. If you want it to possibly exist then you need to ask for extra. But they cant read so you still probably won't get it at all. Enjoy your overly mayonnaised bread. Order in the app while you are there so you can babysit and read to them.
