  I’d love to give a shout-out to Rachel Davis! She provides awesome customer service and leads a great team. She was actually helping out at a different location—one she doesn’t usually work at—but you’d never know it. Everyone was super efficient, even with a huge crowd. Because of that, she and her crew got my order ready exactly as I asked. Turns out I made a big mistake and ordered the wrong wings! My wife has celiac disease and can’t have boneless wings. I knew it was my fault, and she definitely didn’t have to step in, but even though they were slammed, Rachel remade the wings for us—and it was FAST. I don’t live anywhere near this spot, but I’d gladly make the drive just for the friendly service and understanding. If there’s ever a wait, please know it’s not because they don’t want to help; it’s because they’re so good that everyone wants to visit! They’ll be happy to assist you as soon as they can.

  I always come to this location, always Very clean inside And the wings are always so good and sauced just right!! Also Rachel is always so kind and patient with me when I can’t decide what flavors I want haha! 100% recommend this location!!

  Orders two classic extra crispy meals and the chicken was Not cooked well, Thumbs down too many kids in the kitchen not following directions. Checked the bag chicken was slimy and I did not pay or allowed them to replace.
