  When I ordered my food I was given a 30 minute wait time and I’m here an hour still waiting and my status has not changed of a one bar on the screen and when I asked the cashier she gave a “no definite wait time”.

  Order was wrong, delivered the wrong item. When I called to fix the problem I was told “ sorry it’s gets busy during spurs games a we make a lot of mistakes. No help, no solutions, I was told to handle it with support online.

  I have lived in Schertz for 15+ years & have eaten at this Wingstop more times than I could count. However, my last 3 orders, all which were placed online have been messed up. Things ranging from ordering the corn (x3) without the Cajun seasoning that I cannot eat only to get it with the seasoning I cannot eat each time. My last order, I checked the corn while still in the store, so it was corrected. I always order my wings cooked a little longer, only once in the last 3 orders were they actually cooked that way. My last order, picked up this past Saturday, was all flats. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I will not be going to this location again since they have messed up each of my recent orders. Hopefully they hire a staff that reads the actual order instead of just looking at it before someone with a food sensitivity has an issue & the store finds itself in a lawsuit.
