  Great insurance company! Works at getting your insurance premiums as low as possible. Lucy is amazing to work with. She is very quick to respond to your emails and gets you what you need almost immediately. She also genuinely a sweet person!

  Joel made me feel like he authentically cared about my families needs. We went through multiple versions of plans until we found exactly what we were looking for. In the end, we got better coverage for $500 less per month. Even better than that, Joel answers his own calls! He is 100% accessible!

  Adam is very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. As a Veteran, customer service is very important to me and dealing with Adam who is also a Veteran, made getting insurance that much easier!   This office is one of the best Allstate offices I've been to. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Joel and Lucy. They are very easy to work with and they reach out to me to help me understand my policy and ways to save money while being sufficiently protected. They've always been timely and responsive to my needs - I've been with this office for more than 9 years. They are the reason why I trust Allstate to handle my needs!
