  Shout out to Jose Martinez for consistently following up and addressing not only my home insurance but my auto insurance as well. I was able to switch over and back to Allstate through his health and knowledge. Not only am I getting a better rate but I get personal attention from his team.

  I was dealing with an upstairs master bathroom tub faucet leak and the frustration was setting in after I discovered the water had leaked through to the downstairs utility room ceiling..after calling for two days trying to get through to my local agent but instead dealing with a call center that hung up repeatedly after the automated menu code was sent via text to "verify" my account I decided to "chat" and requested a call IMMEDIATELY..within minutes I received a text back from Ashley letting me know she would be calling shortly..needless to say when I answered the call my initial response was that of anger and frustration; mostly with the call center..Ashley was able to calm my nerves and explain their frustration with Allstates new call center service as well but that it was a company decision and not theirs and that many customers felt the same way..Ashley listened to my concerns about my insurance deductibles and was skillfully able to review my policy and provide relief in lowering my premiums as well as information on a reputable water restoration and mitigation company that came out the next day after a plumber I hired fixed the leak..the entire process was seamless and professional all around and I am hoping the authorized repairs will be completed in the same timely and professional manner..thank you, Ashley!!
