  I want to commend Store 8130 in San Marcos for it's outstanding customer service. Especially agent Virginia who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a rather large and heavy AMAZON return. She came out to the curb with her scanner and help me unload, scan and prepare my return for shipment. The UPS freight driver who was loading his truck also assisted and loaded my return on his truck at that time. I'm in the automotive parts business, so, I know excellent customer service when I experience it. And kudos to the store management for their customer service training.

  Very rude staff. Charged me $2.75 to print a label that she would have had to print anyway for the package to go out. I never had to pay a label fee at any other UPS store, we'll never use this location again. my free return from Amazon not so free .

  Absolutely stellar service, these lovely people spent a lot of time and energy helping me figure out my complicated shipping situation. I was tired, stressed and overwhelmed when I went in, and by the time I left I felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders. If these folks ran my banking and my doctors- I’d be wealthy and in perfect health. 10 out of 10, I recommend going here for shipping, if for nothing else other than to see what good customer service looks like.
