AWFUL. I am not one to complain I get mistakes happen, but this was absolutely despicable customer service as well as quality of food. I order two subs, ONE I never even got… I guess they gave up like it seems they did on my first sandwich as it looks like they just pulled stuff out the garbage and plopped it on some bread. I didn’t get the correct drinks or cookies I ordered. The only damn thing that they got right was the chips. Thank God those come packaged or they probably would’ve screwed those up too. Justin Guerra the manager had zero resolutions to this matter & was absolutely pointless to even speak to as he created lies saying it was my drivers fault. AVOID this location for your own sake. Seems like it’s ran by kids.

This subway has done nothing but go downhill for the past 6 months. I don’t know if it was a manager change or what but the employees are lazy and rude. They will lie to cover up their mistakes. I wouldn’t eat here if I were you. Nothing is fresh. This is the 3rd time I have ordered something and it be wrong or not there all together. This location and staff are horrible.

I loved the food, and the customer service was very delightful. Ive only had one employee with a bad attitude, but you gotta understand how hard these employees work and for the amount they get paid, its obviously not enough, all the employees are nice and talkative, you just gotta get to know them
The food was good and the service was excellent but i just wish the food had bigger portions, the employees helped me choose a sandwich and they didn’t fail to make a good sandwich for me
The food was really good and the service was fast and the people making the food were so nice, ill definitely be coming back and recommending this restaurant to many people, the young boy with a fresh cut with black hair was really nice and i had a friendly conversation with him
