I had a really disappointing experience at Subway. I ordered online and specifically selected “toasted,” but my sandwich’s wasn’t toasted at all when I picked it up. When we went in to eat, we were told by an older employee that we basically couldn’t sit down, even though they weren’t closing for another 20 minutes. It felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. Overall, it just felt unprofessional and like basic customer service wasn’t being considered I hope this is dealt with properly.

So I ordered on the subway app and they definitely messed up my order and the manager of all people kept hanging up on me and wouldn’t answer. I don’t usually make reviews because I don’t want to be a “Karen” but it was crazy. Both of my toasted sandwiches were cold and I paid extra for a drink but that didn’t even come with it. Don’t order from this location if you want a decent sandwich

Greeded with a smile and said welcome as we entered! Very nice. Clean and food was great.

Eat subs once a week, service wonder people seem to love their jobs, made a great sandwich!!!! Good job, will be back to this one.

The employees at this Subway were seriously the NICEST I have seen at any fast food restaurant. They all seem to genuinely like each other also, which made my time there pleasant. (Get the turkey wrap... it is the best!) It was also clean and organized. I plan to go back often.
