  For what I was there for and the low price, I definitely got more than I thought. The owners actually are there helping manage so they take care of you.

  I did a big mistake with booking hotel room. When arrived there the lobby was smelly looks dirty but the front desk guy opened the room door i already thought can't stay there. So nasty, terrible, dirty, my granddaughter saw almost one inch of long big dead roach on the floor next to chair leg. After my complaints he offered me another room but it was worse than 1st room.You can't imagine how was dirty and the owner how to keep this kind business Around 1am after 4 hours fight I have to find different hotel. But it was Saturday every hotel room is booked. Around 4 am came to Bestwestern hotel I was very lucky the front desk guy let me in for early check in. After all the bad things I felt so good. The front desk guys name is Deep, so young a good heart person. Really appreciated for his and hotel manager's care Thank you Deep and Babul ( the manager). Thank you again.

  The beds creaked, and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable; the worst part was walking in and finding live and dead cockroaches. The shower was full of hair—it hadn't been cleaned—the carpet was dirty, and the mattress cover was dusty; the room smelled musty.

  Our family of four ended up staying here for an extended amount of time after our home flooded unexpectedly, and we're so thankful for the crew at Best Western San Marcos and special thanks to the owner and Johnny. Each staff member was friendly and helpful. Whether we needed to keep extending day by day, or extra towels, or were just coming and going each day, we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel was consistently clean. Our room was comfortable and well kept, the breakfast was always fresh with plenty of options, and the pool was clean and became one of our kids' favorite places to relax. The Internet was fast and consistently strong and they even had a small office area as I still had to work remotely while there. The desk was next to the pool so the kids could swim while I could keep an eye on them while working! All the little things matter and they made such a difference. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with people who truly care about their guests, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Best Western. We sincerely appreciate everything the staff did to make us feel so welcomed.
