  4/28 by husband had placed an online order around 3:20pm. When he mention what had happened to him, really upset that I had to leave a review! As he got there to pick up his order, he noticed 3 older ladies seating on the table and having lunch together! They mention his online order never went thru even he showed them the confirmation order and the address to this subway. He still waited another 15-20mins for his order and still nothing. Ladies still didn’t make his order and left after needing to pick up our kids from school. He mention it was the worst customer service he EVER EXPERIENCED. Unprofessional having no one behind all desk while they are chatting and eating together. After he left then his order was cancelled. Mind you my husband is the patient one and I’m not. Here’s a photo of their table. Subway !!! Do better hire better employees!

  Ordered turkey sandwich got a tuna ?? This isn’t the first time with wrong orders please train employee right and to read ticket .
