After waiting for more than 2 hours, door dash delivered to the wrong house...door dash said Wingstop will refund my meal, after 3 calls answered (you have to call more than 5 times for them to answer) that was back in May 22.... June 11, still nothing.

Ordered by phone got told it wpuld be an hour and a half wait showed up after and still had to wait for my order, waited there for 30 minutes more and still no order, decided to cancel my order, 2 hour wait for some wings is crazy, its not rocket sience, need better management and more experience over all.
The blue hair young lady was very nice, haven't had Wingstop in years so I didn't know about certain flavors or that the rolls were no longer served, she explained them to me and didn't make me feel rushed. Glad to see. Bring back rolls.

Waiting 2 hours for wings is unacceptable I get the spurs game is in but when you quote a hour and it’s been 2 hours and still 23 orders in front of me is absolutely ridiculous. The manager Alexis wants to tell me it’s hella packed in here and what do you want me to do me being in the phone will not push the food out and quicker I can’t believe yall are running business this way. Then I hear her tell another employee you need to clock out now you are about to hit over time. Why does it matter to pay an employee extra if yall need the help? This owner seriously needs to get more involved in this business

When you place an order online way ahead of pickup time and you get there to pick the order and they tell you, it's not ready. And it's gonna be more than an half hour past your schedule pickup time regardless If it's on a night where there's a game or not, that's why you place an order online ahead of time so that it's ready before you get there. It's unacceptable no excuses
