Ordering delivery from them is always a gamble. Then you’ll get shit from management/staff when you drive up there to get it corrected. Them- “But we checked the bag…”

I ordered on the app over the weekend 05/30/2026 saw they were extremely busy therefore my food was not going to be ready until 3-4 hours later. I kindly requested a refund after waiting for an additional hour and they gave me a copy/receipt with my order and they told me to call the Monday after. I’ve called 5 times since the Monday after to get a hold of the manager and was told to call at a later time, or that the manager would call me back. I have heard nothing nor have I received my refund of $77 dollars.
It’s extremely frustrating. I do not live in San Antonio and cannot travel 3 hours to go in person.

Stay away from this place ! So yesterday was what we like to call a Charlie Foxtrot… Management obviously didn’t not prepare their team for the Game 7 influx on wing orders. We ordered at 715pm and the online tracking said 1 hr until ready. So we got there at 815pm hoping our order was ready. Well it was not, apparently there were 56 orders ahead of ours and about 40 orders just sitting at wing stop along with about 25 ppl in line not getting any results on where their orders were at… Needless to say we didn’t eat there

Absolute worst at getting the order out on time. I understand it’s Playoffs but Dang, stop taking orders if you can’t handle it! You’re trying to take more order’s to make more money but can’t handle the work load or adjust the expected wait time!! I know they don’t care about losing a customer but my absolute last time going there!!

Was crazy and order dinner not realizing it was the Spurs 1 round playoff game...went to pick up and it was standing room only with people waiting outside for there order.
Got home and was missing 4 wings from a 20 wing order. The wings weren't done extra crispy like I order and the basket of fries were a little on the lite side.
Called and spoke to the very nice lady that said I could come back for a "reorder". I wasn't going back to that place during play-offs...LOL.
She assured me that I could get my re-order the following day.
Next evening, Jesse the Manager was there to help me and apologizes for the inconvenience...I told him not to worry because I saw how utterly crazy it was yesterday...
Received my re-order, cooked exactly how my family likes and very satisfied with how it was handled...
