  Very disappointing experience. My order was given to the wrong customer, and instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, the customer was blamed for what happened. I then had to wait about an hour for my meal. When I finally received my food, the fries were cold and the wings were barely sauced, despite ordering them with sauce. After such a long wait and multiple mistakes, I wasn’t offered anything complimentary, a discount, or any meaningful attempt to make up for the experience. Mistakes happen, but taking responsibility and making things right matters. Unfortunately, neither happened during my visit. I left feeling like my time and money weren’t valued. Very frustrating experience and definitely not the level of service I expected from Wingstop.

  So Crazy ordered my wings 1 hour 30 Minutes and then scheduled them to be ready ish at 615PM and I know that’s not 100% accurate, I get to store at 6PM and the employee is like ohh I didn’t put that order in I said why and she’s like ohh I don’t know but I’ll put it in I said what’s the point in ordering ahead if your not going to place my order, Her reply was I don’t know. Ohh and No Ice in the soda machine lol!!!!!! we do live in TX I love this I just got an email to enjoy my food and I haven’t received it yet, The food will probably be very good I just don’t have a lot of time to sit and wait
