  Always waiting 10 to 15 minutes after pickup time at this location this time I waited 20 minutes because the manager is nowhere around and they don't know how to read a ticket that says all Flats so they had to re-drop the wings I don't have any issues at any of the other locations and I picked up from a lot of the locations only this one

  This is the worst location wingstop I know they are horrible at communicating they don’t take feelings into consideration they’ll have you holding for more than 10mins or they won’t answer the phone one time I called they put me on hold and will hang up bad location

  Consistently messes up our orders or gives them to the wrong people. Waited hours for a DoorDash order that never arrived (was given to the wrong person), asked to reorder over the phone so they could bump us in the line for their mistake and they wouldn’t even do that. Doubt the order was right anyway. Thanks, guys.

  The food is what you would expect from Wingstop. The wings and fries are good and consistent. My issue is with the customer service. On multiple visits, I have walked in to pick up an online order, stood in the pickup area, made eye contact with employees, and been completely ignored. Customers who came in after me were greeted and helped before I was. This has happened more than once, and my wife has experienced the same thing. I finally had to ask if I was even standing in the right place to get help before anyone acknowledged me.
