  They don't know how to bag orders. Always forgetting something. No customer service. I told them I was missing the ranch and they swore they put them in. Came home and only were 3. Paid over $100 just to have it wrong

  The back is always crowd with people standing around. The food takes forever to be ready. But today seems to feel like a club. They are cursing at each other. There are kids sitting at tables and it just seems like they are throwing shade at each other left and right. I wish they would focus more on getting the job done and then they can have fun. But there is just a lot of standing around and not a lot of work being done.

  Ordered through the app thinking it would be better giving a 10-15 min ready time…..they didn’t start my order until I got there and I waited another 20 minutes from when I preordered it 15 mins before

  I know is a franchise but it was a ridiculous experience. From telling her my name is Victoria and her telling me she butchered my name i was not expecting this. It took a while for them to place my 50 pc order. Asking me if I wanted an extra flavor to balance I dont know what out. The cashier and manager finally were able to charge me for the order. It did come out fast. But they forgot my fries and when I asked the cashier was holding a bag of cheetos EATING. I heard the cook say "The fries weren't ready why would you give it to her" she then proceeds to hold my fries with her CHEETO FINGERS MOUTH WIDE OPEN. She held my fries till I asked could I PLEASE have my fries and it took another coworker to tell her to give me my fries. Absolutely wild experience. Vercace.
