Just plain rude, 40min for an order of fries and cajun corn. Then get attitude for asking on the time. Dread guy just nasty and big guy infront lazy.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Wingstop while picking up two DoorDash orders.
When I arrived, I was told there would be a wait, which was completely understandable. After waiting about 10 minutes, both orders showed as completed, so I expected them to be ready soon. However, I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for one of the orders.
What was most frustrating was the lack of communication. I was repeatedly told they were “bagging the order,” only to later be told they were still waiting on fries. If that was the issue from the beginning, I would have appreciated an honest update instead of being told something different every few minutes.
While I was waiting, I watched several customers come in, place orders, and receive their food before the DoorDash order I was there to pick up. The order wasn’t even large, which made the delay even more confusing.
I understand that restaurants get busy and everyone can have a bad day. I always try to be patient and respectful. However, professionalism and communication go a long way, especially when delivery drivers are trying to do their jobs and provide good service to customers.
I hope management addresses these issues so future customers and delivery drivers have a better experience. God bless, and I wish everyone there the best

Unfortunately have to update my previous review. Placed an order tonight through the wingstop app. I knew it was going to be a long wait probably because of the spurs game, I was totally fine with that. About an hour after I placed the order, I got a call from the DoorDash driver (wingstop pushed the order to DoorDash) saying that someone stole my food and for me to call wing stop.
I called wingstop to tell them the situation and the guy I spoke to already knew and told me dashers are supposed to sign in when they take orders but they don't like to. He said to go online to where I placed the order (wingstop app) and request a refund or replace my order. I asked him if there's anything he can do and he said that if we come in and speak to the GM we can ask him to remake the order.
I went on the wingstop app where there is absolutely no number to call. I googled the number and called, only to be told that a case has been opened and they will reach out to me within 48 hours. I told her I just want to get a refund at this point and she told me (with an attitude) that this is the process.
So now we have no food and no update on a refund. AND the order is somehow not cancelled on doordash's end because they keep assigning new dashers who keep messaging me that they don't have my order

Never coming back to this Wingstop, waited more than 2 hrs for an order also I was deny a refund manager didn’t want to give me a refund I don’t understand why there is a manager if he can not resolve things. I will be following with corporate

Horrible service from employees and general manager Rudy no last name because he didn’t give it but I paid for a pound of ranch to be given 6 on the side which doesn’t even amount to a pound and when I stated I’m a regular and always order it aside for my special needs class I was told he didn’t remember me yet he’s only been there since February that man basically called me a liar anyways made it home with bags of food they opened and went through just to be missing a large family fries
