Environment is good but wait time is really off, made me wait for no reason, they deliver the order of other customers who came later , not the right way need to fix the customer service and staff

They take so long to give orders for Uber Eats,
their “tracker” is all lies. I doubt they are saucing and tossing wings for 30 minutes
I routinely order from Wingstop on General McMullen and have never experienced an issue, except for this time. The drums were so overcooked- they were inedible. And it bummed me out too because I picked up wings because I had to work late, then received these little chicken jerkys. They were over cooked and shriveled up.
Absolute rage bait. I waited 30 minutes for my order to be missing a whole 10 piece and every order was the incorrect flavors. Customer service hung up on me 2 times and overall was not helpful. Do not eat at this Wingstop.
Unfreaknbelievable. If a customer uses WingStop App and selects delivery, call me old school but I’m expecting WingStop to accept full responsibility of, follow through with, and fulfill the order as arranged and paid for. Instead, they basically do “their part” in making the food, then hand it off to a third party, (DoorDash in this case), and from there, whatever happens happens. In my case, I’m literally waiting out in the pouring rain, lightning, storm and all anticipating my food to arrive any moment as tracked and texted via notifications…any minute now…nope nope nope. I’m texting the driver, calling, no answers then finally a message from the driver saying he had piggybacked two orders and delivered our food to the wrong address and that I can cancel or reorder??!!! Mind you it’s now like 1240am by this time so there is no time to reorder. So now I’m soaked, hungry as hell, and the driver says sorry nothing I can do take it up with Door Dash???!! I told him to go back and fix it but instead was left hanging. Call WingStop to arrange a remake for next day since refunds take 5-7 business days to return my own money and now I have to go and pick it up????!! This collaboration 3rd party stuff is really working out for the customer when everyone gets to point their fingers at each other without any apology accept for an apology that they can’t reschedule another driver for following day because the system doesn’t work like that. Well then the system doesn’t really work does it? So now I’ve gotta pay for additional transportation to go and get the food that should’ve been delivered BY WINGSTOP or fixed by WINGSTOP as I didn’t use DoorDash at all and why didn’t WingStop reach out to DoorDash to explain the situation to FIX IT??? And the higher up manager was at WingStop too and also left me hanging rather than what should’ve happened; FULL REFUND and original order DELIVERED as originally ordered plus two free brownies since it’s been such a ridiculous experience that has no logical rationale as to why the DoorDash driver couldn’t simply get our food back and give them their actual order rather than just a great big middle finger while I’m out in the middle of the storm trying to make their delivery less miserable.
