  I ordered wings and tenders online for pickup. My wings came out fine but my tenders came With 2 boneless bites instead of tenders. So I called and the associate told me they could replace the tender meal. The next day I went to pick up and they wanted to charge me a ranch cup because they only replaced the tenders not the combo i had ordered. So I didn’t get fries or a drink either. I was more upset about the ranch like you really gunna charge me for a condiment that comes with the tenders? I understand if I had ordered extra ranch but that wasn’t the case. I’m thankful they replace the order but it’s dumb they won’t replace a combo if that’s what you originally ordered.

  Why do I order online and set a pick up time if I still have to wait 15 minutes for my food!?!?!?

  We normally order from the Southside of SA, but today we ordered from here. From answering the phone, taking the order to the food was awesome. Had to give them a call and let them know.

  WINGSTOP what is this! Not only did I get these tiny little boneless wings the original hot that I got were barely sauced. I walked in (they were not busy there was no one at the counter and maybe 2 groups in the dining room) no one said anything to me for maybe 5 minutes even though they seen at the counter. The young adults that were working were basically all on there phone and then when a girl did finally go up the the counter she had an attitude, I told her I had an online order and the name she grabbed my bag and put it on the counter I said have a good day and thank you and she said K. Got home to Tony unsaved wings so thanks wingstop :(
