  Waited 1 hour because they gave me food to some one else and refused to help me when i said my name was not on the screen manager told me iust to wait they have many screens i literally had to tell them over and over until they realized i was right. Thennnn when my food was ready they gave me the wrong order. Then gave me alllll the attitude in the world saying they gave me 2 brownies for my hour wait and I should be happy lol I told them I was missing cheese the manager was quick to jump up and say she put one in there. Yessss but I odered 2! I offered to show her my receipt! She was just giving me attitude like ma'am I waited 1 hour for food and did not complain until yall gave me the wrong order! Definitely worst service EVERRRRR!! Asked for a customer service number and did not receive it. Sooo if anyone can provide that to me I would appreciate that.

  Stopped in on 16SEP26. Lady in the kitchen, doing the wings, has a serious attitude. Our order allowed 4 flavors and we only wanted 3, with 2 of them being mixed., but were told with an attitude “NO”. I doubt that’s any type of policy and we’re not asking for more than the amount of flavors allotted for the amount of wings ordered. Not asking for more consideration or to take any extra steps and still get an attitude. Couldn’t take advantage of the new app offer. Was told it’s online only but it’s not stated on any of their advertising. Dining room is very warm as well. Food is solid.

  First of all we spent over 40$ for wings and they did not taste well . Disappointed will not return.byeeee

  i always come to this wing stop and it's always been good but today was a disappointment. i felt like the chicken was double fried and burnt. which is surprising cause it was very slow when i walked in.
