  This location has always been a 10/10 for me. I’ve had my share of terrible wings from other locations—wings that still had feathers on them, burnt wings, wrong orders in the bag, and fries that were overcooked, undercooked, or way too salty. But this location always seems to get it right. My usual order is the 6-piece wing combo with Original Hot and Garlic Parmesan. At other locations, the Garlic Parmesan sometimes tastes like it’s just oily wings with barely any parmesan, and the Original Hot barely has any sauce on it. But this location has ALWAYS made both flavors perfectly. They actually taste the way they’re supposed to! The service is also consistently prompt and friendly. They greet you as soon as you walk in, and my pickup orders have always been ready and correct. I’ve never eaten inside, so I can’t speak much about the dine-in experience, but every time I’ve walked in to pick up my order, the restaurant has looked clean and well maintained. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve been to!

  I will never refer this location to anyone. It's the closest location to my job so I decided to treat my coworkers to wings. I ordered 50 pieces and paid $65.00 dollars only to go pick the wings up and get back to work which is only 8 minutes away to find the wings did not look or taste fully cooked even though I asked for fried hard. My coworkers used the air fryer to cook theirs and i took mine home to do the same and the wings were not good. I have ordered from Wing Stop on several occasions but never from this location. I am so disappointed. I did not reach out to the location because I don't want to hear any excuses as to why they thought it was ok to put out disgusting product.

  This is the second time this happens. Placed an order for the 20 boneless meal deal wings that comes with 4 different flavours. When I got back to the house, they did two flavours.

  5 stars. The staff (Night Team) at the Fredericksburg (Medical Area) location came through in a big way tonight! I came in right before closing while visiting my grandma, and they were kind enough to take my order without rushing me. Super grateful for the outstanding service and great food!
