    Placed an order went to pick up however there was an even longer wait. I understand it’s the playoff games. Maybe on your app inform customers it’s an extended wait time!!! Instead of just saying we know what the app is stating for pick up times but it’s going to be longer!!!!

    not happy about this i just went a while ago for a take out and i got most of my wings very small they were not a normal size since i got the combo for 2 and an extra combo of 6 the combo of 6 they were normal size and the others were not 😡

    Awful experience and yes I know it is super bowl day but when you pre order @1 for a 5:30 pick up, there should be no problem. I was told to wait an hour so I did because I understand that it's a busy day. So I waited an extra hour...then I went to go check on status and they said my order was so far behind it was no where near being close to being made. Tons of people were furious and upset with the lack of organization and communication. The staff was trying and working hard so this is a management type issue and not having a game plan on the biggest game day of the year. All that said, I cancelled my order and went to Whataburger and got my food in Less than 10 min.
