I usually come here to hide from my coworkers; but there is an extremely nice and likely extremely underpaid lady with red hair that provides unbelievably high quality service. She has helped me navigate the menu, offered stellar suggestions, and provides unbelievably high quality food, especially compared to other stores. I have seen her professionally navigate tough customers, high volumes, and even myself with prowess I have not seen in a store before.
10/10 - give that woman a raise, a better job, and a hug.
During the SPURS V. KNICKS game on Wednesday 6/4/2026, this team of workers despite all the negativity kept smiling and trying to make sure everyone was accounted for. They made you feel welcomed and reasoned with you and updated you on the time it will take. I sincerely thank these worker for what they put up with and hope despite all the anger and negativity being thrown at them during these games that they continue to provide such amazing service! I APPERCIATE ALL THE EFFORT THEY PUT IN! GO SPURS GOOOOOO!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience at Wingstop. I placed and paid for my order online, then waited nearly an hour before going to pick it up to make sure it would be ready. When I arrived, they had not even started preparing my order.
After waiting even longer, I still did not receive my food. The staff told me I would be refunded, but more than two weeks have passed and I still have not received my money back.
Poor customer service, poor order management, and no follow-through on the promised refund. Very frustrating experience.
Food is pretty good, nice, easy, quick meal.
I forgot to post this review the other night. These employees at this location who all worked Friday evening deserve a raise. It was pretty hectic from what I saw with orders being backed up and being on an hour wait, something must have happened I don’t know, but they all handled everything professionally especially the front register girls working hard. I work in the food industry so i understand the frustration with it being so backed up and trying to get everyone’s orders out. They all handled it really well.
