  Luis was so great! We came in very late, about 20 minutes before close and he treated us kindly and had such a great attitude! He went out of his way to help us and made our experience better!

  It's easy to have good customer service, it's hard to be great. Elizabeth was amazing, she not only took care of everyone's orders on time, but also motived the staff to stay on pace. She made sure that not a single delivery was left waiting, while juggling the online orders. She made sure every customer was greeted, heard, and cared for. And she is the reason I go out of my way to order from this location. 12 out of 10 service

  It’s Spurs playoff day and Wingstop is CRAZY busy. The online app wouldn’t take our payment so I had to called in. Anika immediately and politely handled our order over the phone even with all the chaos going on in the background. Wingstop, I hope you are celebrating her and Josh (who welcomed us when we walked in and immediately helped us). Your Dezavala location is successful bc of her and the team she is leading. There were easily 20 orders waiting to be picked up and 30 more on the screen. Things were handled with calmness and the customer service was excellent. We usually go to Embassy, Anika has restored our faith in De Zavala. Great job to this team!
