  Employees are RUDE!! Picked up my online order and I arrived at home to find almost half my order missing! I called and they seemed as though they were bothered by me addressing THEIR mistake! No apology or consideration that I had to drive back to get our order they failed to complete! Very unsatisfied with them today!!! Beware of unprofessional customer service and check your orders before leaving establishment!!

  Yesterday around 12:30 i went to buy 10classic bone in and 10 boneless wings, idk if it was because it was close to closing time but i guess staff felt lazy and just decided to give me all boneless wings, i tried to reach out to see if we could figure something else like q refund or just get 10bone in the next day just to recieve no answer whatsoever. what a good attention to clients.

  Food smell like garbage, maybe it's old oil. The service is slow and unaware of the details. Atmosphere is boring and deadish. The music is too low to hear and isn't upbeat to wake up the atmosphere.
