This location really lacks on hospitality and friendliness. I ordered any 20 wings all wings had barley any flavoring. The wings were cold they were not extra crispy like requested. I waited almost 20 minutes just to get crappie wings. So disappointing.

Placed an order at 4 o'clock for a 7 pickup. Got there at 6:55. They had not even started my order. Was finally ready at 7:32 then the brought it out on a tray instead of the to go order it was supposed to be

The Music In A Restaurant Should Be Kept At A Comfortable Volume So Customers Can Enjoy Their Meals And Have Conversations Without Struggling To Hear Each Other. When The Music Is Too Loud, It Can Create Stress, Cause Miscommunication, And Make The Dining Experience Unpleasant For Guests. Employees May Also Have Difficulty Hearing Orders Correctly, Which Can Lead To Mistakes And Poor Customer Service. Keeping The Music At A Reasonable Level Helps Create A Relaxing And Enjoyable Atmosphere For Everyone In The Restaurant. I Asked The Male That Took Our Order And He Said The Volume Is Auto Set He Can Not Lower The Volume.
