  Our cashier Kylie was rude and passive-aggressive. For this being my first time here, this will definitely be my last. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but she gave me a hard time with purchasing with cash and had smart remarks concerning if I could get a receipt. She didn’t have any pennies to give me exactly cash, which from my understanding you’re supposed to round up. I walked away with missing cash. On top of that, my food came out extremely saucy—my wings were basically swimming in the sauce I chose. They were covered in way more sauce than expected. They were also closing, and the manager had one of the employees come over and tell us to leave before we were even finished eating. The whole experience was just bad from start to finish. One person’s attitude, the food, and the way we were treated while trying to finish our meal completely ruined the experience. Definitely not coming back. that’s kylie in the picture

  Worse unorganized place. Placed a big order waited 30 mins and nothing went up to ask about my order it was never started. You need better managers.

  The worker Desirae is extremely rude and has a disgusting attitude, throwing food in the bags and being rude to customers and staff.

  This was THE WORST wingstop I have ever been to, how in the hell does it take 35 minutes, no rush for fries. 35 minutes. They lie to my face telling me they're bagging it just to sit and talk on their phones like it's a social event. Then proceed to talk with customers they knew personally to take another few minutes, I then had to get out of the car and demand my food because they took the entire time to give it to me. This is the dumbest and upmost disrespectful way for me to pick up JUST FRIES I ORDERED LITERALLY 13 MINUTES AHEAD, I get there after the app says it's ready, waiting just for them to lie to me and say they are "now bagging it." That was just ridiculous and down right annoying. Never coming here again to deal with this bullshit, first of all, if your gonna wanna work a counter, get off your phone. Your at a job not school. Both the lady calling out orders and the small lady with the emo style. This was stupid DO NOT RISK WAITING FOREVER FOR SOME FRIES THAT ARE SEASONED LIKE SHIT ANYWAY!
