They let someone else take my order after I waited over an hour. Then they re made my order and the staff one lady in particular was so rude saying things out loud about me in front of everyone. I made the order at 9pm and didn't get out of the store till 11pm. Horrible staff and service. I had my son waiting in the car for the few hours I was in the store so there goes my gas ⛽️ as well. The staff didn't even apologize.
My experience at Wingstop was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Not only was my wing order prepared with the wrong flavor, but when I brought the mistake to the staff’s attention and they acknowledged it was their error, the resolution was inadequate. Instead of remaking the order or providing a reasonable correction, I was simply handed lemon pepper seasoning and left to fix the issue myself.
The customer service was equally disappointing. The staff came across as rude and uninterested in resolving the problem, which only added to the frustration.
What concerned me most, however, was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The dining area appeared poorly maintained, and I observed what appeared to be roaches inside the establishment. Cleanliness and food safety should be a top priority for any restaurant, and seeing this significantly impacted my confidence in the business.
Between the incorrect order, poor customer service, and cleanliness concerns, this was not a positive experience. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location to others unless significant improvements are made in customer service, quality control, and sanitation standards.
Ordered online and they forgot the ranch. The felt like it was just sitting around since it was cold. This is the second time they have done something wrong in some way. Last time, we ordered for a group but they let us know it would be an hour wait. They didn't tell us that we'd actually be waiting 2 hours+. I called to do a refund and they never sent it. I had to dispute the charge since they seemed too lazy to even send me a refund. Not ordering from here again.
I ordered the food “FRESH” took a bite of the wong and it was cold and looked overcooked/burnt in the inside i called them back trying to get my order replaced they said the manager was there but not available and then called back 2 minuted later then they said the manager left
I placed an order for pickup just before midnight. (Closing time is 0100.) The app stated my order should be ready within 20 minutes or so. I drove over, unaware they have an end of shift rush. There were several orders set aside awaiting pickup. My order was still being made along with two others, at the time. I sat down and waited less than ten minutes to be called up. At this point, I received the drink cup for my combo. While it would have been nice to have gotten the cup when I arrived, seeing as they offer refills on fountain drinks, it wasn’t a huge deal. I am, however, frustrated that the pool of grease shown in the picture was in the container. The grease leaked out, onto the bag and into my car. I have never experienced this to this degree. It’s possible this is a result of ordering so close to the closing time. It’s hard to say. I’d just be mindful. No napkins were placed in the bag. I can’t remember if that’s customary nor do I know if that would have prevented the mess the grease caused anyway. The fries and drink that came with my combo were standard. The wings were greasy, of course, but flavorful. I’d recommend the Louisiana rub if you’re looking to try a new flavor. This isn’t a place I visit often, but it’s typically a nice, quick bite. I’ll possibly give it another chance later on this year. Mistakes happen.
