    Absolutely terrible service. Packed with Customers complaining left and right. I placed my order 1 hour prior to arrival. I was informed my order would take 2 more hours to be ready, after the hour i had alreadyplaced my order. Thats 3 hours for a $50 order. Lady behind me had the same time as me in placing her order and was informed her order was in process and be out shortly. I asked if I would get an immediate refund if I cancel. And was told I would. So I canceled and lady said 24-72 hours. They have the absolute worst customer service. New management is definitely needed. Absolute chaos at this store. Do not recommend. Hopefully homeoffice sees this or is notified.

    Don’t bother. My pick-up order was ready, sitting there for 20 minutes, while I and 20 others waited for their meals for no reason. When you have several people waiting, and you have several bags ready, you may want to call out names. Total waste of time.

    I had really bad experience last night. It was clearly very busy, and the worker up front was helping me out and even offering to call me when my order was ready so i wouldnt have to wait a long time. Dont even get me started on the management here. The work environment seems very toxic. Managers were constantly yelling at those up front as they were helping customers. Workers looked miserable and I think this toxic work environment contributed to the long wait. Management needs to treat the workers better.

    Ordered online for pickup a few times. The food is always good but it’s usually either not ready when they say it will be or not quite what you ordered. All ~7 visible employees are under 30 and it shows.
