  A group of friends and I placed an order and half of the meal was missing when the order arrived. We attempted to call the store and was met with a very rude and unprofessional worker named Anna or something. She argued with us about us having a complete order to later in that same conversation find out that half of our order was in fact left in the store. We requested a full refund and she suggested that we drive all the way back to the store to drop the food off. Which to my knowledge restaurants can’t even accept food back from customers. We let her know that wouldn’t be possible and with an attitude she let us know that it wasn’t her fault it was the cooks fault and she wouldn’t be giving us a the whole refund. This interaction was completely unprofessional and a bad reflection on Wingstop as a whole. This is my first time ordering with them and will definitely be my last !

  One thing for sure... nobody is commuting to work on Austin highway... you get the locals working the registers ... customer service is not a requirement... attitude says I hate my job and life... avoid this dump at all costs... walzem is 10 minutes away
