  The entire restaurant is run by kids, no manager was present, food was considerably over priced!

  So...I think it's safe to say we(wife and I)do wing stop once a month or so.Wing stop has good food,competitively priced compared to it's competitors, open daily and the times I've been there mostly for pick up it's really busy but at the Austin highway location the crew seem to work great together and have always got our correct and warm ready to enjoy.Kudos to the crew we notice good job.

  Worst experience wing stop location!!! I literally called in my order and walked in the door of the lobby at about 2 minutes later and I watched the lady there wait about 15 minutes after I called my order to drop my chicken sandwich Patty and also my fries I understand raw chicken takes about 12 to 15 minutes to cook so since they waited 15 minutes to drop my food on the fryer it took a total of 30 minutes to my order so my whole lunch which is 30 minutes I didn't get to really eat!!!

  Called and they put me on hold I was 20 mins out, and I was still on hold when I pulled up. There was a boy sitting in the counter top on his phone and another team member talking in his cell phone. So when I went in I told them yall not going to pick up the phone and they said they forgot they put someone on hold. So while I was trying to place my order I said no way never mind roaches was catching my off guard, they was crawling around the counter tops so gross. 🤢 I will never eat wing stop after coming here. Used to be my favorite place but the people they hire are just getting lazy and not caring it’s so sad. Do not waste your time or money unless you’re the type to like roaches and rude staff.

  I made a quick stop on mothers day and the young guys where friendly and respectful. Aidan and Jayden we made small conversation while I waited.
