  Came on Sunday to have two of my hardware bracelets cleaned and was greeted rudely by a sales associate who stated it would be $25 per item which to me is insane since Kay jewelry would literally do it for free… after picking my item up the bracelets are not clean for $50 worth and the same sales associate was rude asking if I could put the bracelets on myself or if he had to help me. The lack of white glove service is probably why this store stays empty. Also please educate your sales associates on silver jewelry as that is what Tiffany is known for.

  I will make sure I never purchase amy gifts at Tiffany. I wanted to return a gift I received; purchase by gifter was identified with a phone number. The transaction was successfully identified; however they wanted to notify the person who gifted it to me (the purchaser) that I was returning the gift. Total lack of privacy for customers. If the purchase was identified, there is no purpose in notifying the purchaser. I was going to use my return for credit for a much bigger jewelry purchase. I left and wont return. TERRIBLE customer service to recurring Tiffany client!! Thanks for nothing.

  Hello all. Momo helped me out as soon as I walked in. She was very pleasant and helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted already when I went it and she helped me get it ordered for my 9th anniversary to surprise my wife. *She loved the ring!   It seems that the employees think that if you are not dressed with fancy clothes, even if you are wearing brand name, you can’t afford to buy anything there and they quickly dismiss you from the store. They won’t even look at you and just stare at their phones or tablets. Next time, I’ll just drive the extra 40 min and go to their Austin location.
