  Never I repeat never do anything Amazon return at the ups store. Just drive to whole foods and drop it off there. Its free. Ups store wants to charge you $4-9 just to do an Amazon return per item! What a crooked way to make money off a return! I will never do business with UPS. I prefer fed ex or usps. At least they're prices are better.

  Went here to send a phone to T mobile for my trade in. After completing labeling, Holice (employee # 373390) not sure if i spelled correctly- made sure my package was bubble wrapped and secured in a box before leaving. Phones cost a lot now adays so that really put me at ease about sending it off. Thank you!

  Had a heavy item and Matthew was very kind to bring a dolly to remove from vehicle and take into the store. Kudos Matthew. Your customer service was outstanding today

  Tony at The UPS Store was amazing! He was so helpful and patient while helping me with my wedding invitations. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciate his kindness and great customer service. Thank you, Tony!

  I just visited this location and it's Friday at 5:45 p.m. There were several people at the counter working and I was third or fourth in line. Everyone working was smiling, friendly and greeted their customers warmly. The woman in line ahead of me got to the counter and several more people walked in to get in line. Aden was the customer service rep that greeted the customer ahead of me. I actually thought for a second, I hope he gets done with her quick enough to help me because he was so friendly and looked like he wanted to help. As soon as he finished greeting that customer she yelled at him and told him to wait and to stop and she went back to a phone call she was on. There's 15 minutes before closing on a Friday and there's a long line and several people being helped already. Aden looked shocked and horrified as did myself and the other customers. Jorge who I believe is part of the leadership of this team was finishing up with his own customer when he leaned over to Aden and let him know he could step back from the counter step off to the side and then he didn't have to be treated that way ever. Jorge professionally let the customer know she could not speak to people that way or they would not continue to service her. Jorge stayed with the customer to get What she was needing done completed. Aden helped me at the same time and didn't miss a beat or smile. What a great example of an amazing Team at the end of a long day on Friday. Nice job Aden and George!
