  I went to the Culebra location, to get my Will notarized, and received wonderful service from a Notary, Jorge. He was very patient with me and I received the best customer service from him.

  Thank you Ryan! You are the most polite and patient person. You didn’t rush or give me a look of disappointment because I’m not tech savvy. That’s why I love going to this location, you guys are never too busy to help a confused customer. There’s a new UPS opening closer to my house but this store is worth the drive!

  UPS was super busy on this day that I came in… I had about six packages that I had to return and the line went super quickly and Ryan returned all of my packages within like two minutes. I told you that I will leave you a review, Ryan!! Thank you for helping out!

  This UPS store is super busy, sometimes the line is 10-15 deep. BUT it is also super organized and the staff is highly efficient, making the long lines a real non-issue. I wish all stores had the same recipe for their business model. I highly recommend the store because the staff is professional, efficient, and very pleasant. Great job and kudos to the owner who knows how to hire and train superb employees.

  I had to return an item to Amazon and went to the UPS store and Dylan assisted me. He was personable, highly skilled, through and very kind. In my opinion, Dylan is an excellent representative of The UPS store. Thank you Dylan!!
