  I cannot thank the team at this UPS Store enough. My partner and I arrived a few minutes before closing time needing assistance with both a notary service and sending out certified mail. Instead of turning us away, the staff generously stayed open a little bit past their closing time just to help us finish our paperwork. They were incredibly patient, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process, never making us feel rushed despite the late hour. It is rare to find this level of dedication and kind customer service these days. This is an absolutely great staff, and they have earned our loyal business. Highly recommended!

  Arlene got mine and my friends packages shipped out in record time. we came in 20 mins before closing and still she made it her mission to get our packages processed and had a good attitude even though the store was closing soon

  Arlene was sooo helpful! My friend and I came into the store close to closing, and she was nothing but excellent. Beyond patient but extremely fast and efficient at her job! Great customer service and super friendly, will be back again☺️

  Marvin helped me get something really important for me off of my phone yesterday and onto paper. Very heavenly customer service, if you ask me. I'm definitely coming again when I need something done RIGHT!
