  This store is the BEST ups store in the city! The staff here are super fast and polite. I made an error while returning merch to Amazon and the staff helped me correct it without judgement or attitude. This is the place to go!

  This location has usually had the most amazing employees working there with quick and speedy service but today I was greeted by an older Hispanic woman who was helping with the Amazon returns and started making rude, unnecessary and unacceptable comments towards my purchases/returns. This made me feel very uncomfortable and attacked for no reason at all. Would hate to stop coming here since its so close to me but im probably going to be driving a little further just to never have to go through this experience again. Very disappointing.

  Gammy was such a great gentleman from the beginning to the end he assisted me and returning my purchase for Amazon this was my first time here I recommend that you ask for this gentleman if it's your first time or for any other situation or question please amend him on his great work and great customer service
