  I went in this morning at 9:28 the first register facing the door, a lazy very lazy young lady waited on me. She actually let the line back up because instead of speeding the process up and doing it for me on my phone. She would instead tell me the man behind me was getting pissed at both of us . I don't blame him. I am 70 yrs old and not very computer or phone savvy . I was embarrassed when I walked out. YOU NEED TO FIND OUT WHO THIS GIRL IS AND LET HER KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERBICE MEANS. Thank You

  Matthews went above and beyond to help me send my package back to Amazon and even printed out my receipt. I truly appreciate his kindness and friendly attitude. That's what I call excellent customer service!

  This store is the BEST ups store in the city! The staff here are super fast and polite. I made an error while returning merch to Amazon and the staff helped me correct it without judgement or attitude. This is the place to go!
