  Caroline was amazing, beyond helpful, there was another gentlemen to who helped. Caroline however didn’t rush me even though I came in minutes before closing and truly helped me get some legal documents out in the Knick of time. This women is amazing !

  This location charges $1 to accept a piece of mail, which they then drop into a bin of outgoing mail. This, despite the fact they have PO Boxes, so you know USPS delivers and picks up there daily. They also do not offer the free UPS shipping materials you can get at other UPS locations, or even have UPS mail to you for free, instead forcing you to buy generic boxes or envelopes at high prices. I get they are a for profit business - I just think their tactics are petty and not at all customer centric.

  The staff person who helped me was very kind and patient and very knowledgeable about the returns process. Afaria was super helpful when I visited 2 weeks ago with a large return. Despite it being a busy location, she really took the time to help ensure I was able to return all of my items which can be a tricky process to navigate at times. She’s the best. She even helped me keep the returns organized I had over 35 items to return that day. She provided a wonderful experience.

  The UPS in Leon Springs is always fast, polite and efficient but their service today was above and beyond. I use this store as my preferred Amazon return location. I walked in with many returns and Caroline sweetly and quickly processed each one. I got to my last return, a dress from a third party seller on Amazon. The label that the third party vendor emailed me didn't work, so I decided to just pay to ship it back instead. Zack helped me to start to ship it. He noticed that there were discrepancies with the seller's label. Zack recognized it as a scam label and encouraged me to contact Amazon. I did, and sure enough, it was a scam! If it wasn't for Zack's diligence, I would have been out the $ for the dress and shipping. Thank you Caroline, Zack and UPS Leon Springs for caring about your customers and watching out for us!

  Jesse provided excellent service on a print job I wanted done. I will absolutely use this UPS store for future printing and building needs.
