  Brent went above and beyond in helping me with my print order. Also, everytime I go to the store Brent and Devon give stellar customer service. No matter the day or the hour, the customer experience is top notch from them.

  0 ⭐️ I had a terrible experience at this UPS Store. The employee who assisted my wife was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he became confrontational and made my wife feel intimidated. No customer should ever feel like an employee is trying to escalate a situation or pick a fight. We came in expecting basic customer service and left feeling disrespected. I hope management reviews this incident and addresses how customers are treated because this behavior is unacceptable.

  I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. The staff was unnecessarily aggressive and confrontational during a routine visit, and there was no attempt to provide courteous or helpful customer service. I left feeling like my business wasn’t valued. There are plenty of UPS Stores—I recommend choosing a different one.

  5 stars for the crew at the UPS store on Brookhollow in San Antonio, especially Niko. He’s so helpful and friendly. Great store.
