  Tried to drop off a large box return from amazon lady working there said it was for pickup only; i said well can i just drop it off now since im here to which she replied no; didnt offer any help; went to my vehicle and found out i had to cancel return and reinstate it using 'dropoff'; in conclusion i seriously doubt this lady didnt know that and imho didnt seem like she wanted yhe hassle; i also realize employees probably loathe amazon returns due to the volume, however always remember that creates job secutity...unlike AI

  I always choose UPS Store. This was my first time to this location, it was in the area I was, so I stopped in to print a form and have it motorized. The store was clean and the customer service was great! This will be my sister store or home store away from my home store. Thank you for your kindness and speedy service! Edna D was great!

  Usually I go in to the ups store on Tuesdays. Today i was helped by the manager (Jesse) he did a shipment, and a amazon return, and printed my label. I appreciate that he always greets me. They make me feel welcomed and always know what to do, especially when I feel clueless when I run into an obstacle. Thank you to Jesse and his staff.

  I've been a customer at this UPS location for over 6 years and have never had any problems; the staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. A great team led by Jesse. Thank you very much for your efficiency and professionalism.

  Been a costumer for years, I been calling for days, starting to be weeks, not just one call in the day, I know they have others costumers, but come on you can see the log, and that's only from this phone... but I only get the voice mail, also send email with no response, I'm trying to renew my service for a year, right now im out of town can't come in to the store I know I need to talk to the manager, but no one is picking up the phone
