Isaiah’s (store #6628) customer service: friendly, helpful, cheerfulness, and quick assistance. I came in 15 min before closing on Friday, 6/19 and he went above my expectations of going in to a store last minute on a weekend.

A big part of customer service is serving others with a cheerful attitude, and this team does that to the highest degree. Every time I walk into this UPS Store, I am greeted with genuine kindness and a welcoming spirit. Their positive attitudes make every visit a pleasant experience.
The only reason I don't do 100% of my shipping through UPS is that some lighter packages are more economical elsewhere. If the rates were the same on items 15 ounces and under, I would gladly bring all of my business here because of the outstanding service this team provides.
UPS should know what an asset these employees are. They did not ask me to write this review, but I truly believe they are worth investing in and retaining for the long term. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to customers create an atmosphere that makes people want to come back.
I've witnessed them handle some very difficult situations with customers, and they consistently diffuse tension with patience, kindness, gentleness, and respect. In a world where exceptional customer service is becoming rare, this team stands out.

I have been coming to this UPS store for many many years met the owners fantastic people but today I was very disappointed. I went in and I was having an Amazon package returned they were having a problem scanning my package, I think it’s because I had tape over it. Well, the employee, the young gentleman that was helping me went and took on his own to print out another label for me which I did not know at the time when he was about to put the label on my package JAS IEL (I hope I am spelling his name right) Said no, that he could not put it on that I had I had to pay 4. And change and I looked at him, and I said I didn’t know your coworker was gonna print out that label for me which I really appreciate that he did that but now you’re telling me that I have to pay for it even though he took it upon himself to take care of that for me as a customer. I told him what if I don’t pay for it, but it’s already printed and labeled because he printed it out for me already he said no problem. I’ll just tear it up and throw it away. By that time other customers, and even the coworkers were looking at him like they can’t believe he just said that, and he was going to be wasteful to throw it away after it was already printed. I understand if he would’ve asked me before, and it wasn’t printed and said I had to pay for it. That would be totally different, but since the label was already printed because of the kindness of the other coworker and he on top of that just blurted out, I’m just gonna tear it up and throw it away that was very embarrassing for me as a customer and also the other people that were in the store, but I do think for a while we will be going and taking our business to another UPS store at least for a while. I am very saddened embarrassed of the service that I got today, but I also wanted to point out that I am very pleased of the young gentleman that took that extra step to help me they should have more employees on staff like this this other gentleman Jasiel Was very rude very wasteful for a company and could’ve used more in customer service and just the whole thing of the store just looking at them as he was saying I’ll just throw it away not a problem after it’s already printed and done. The customer would’ve been happy. The employee would’ve been happy. The people in the store would’ve been happy and satisfied that the UPS store took that extra step just to make a customer feel OK. Thank you so much.
Dude. Hands down the best UPS experience I have ever had. Best customer service I have experienced in ANY establishment here in San Antonio EVER. Isaiah and Leo are seriously the 2 most positive, uplifting, hard working, courteous and patient workers I have EVER encountered!!! All while handling a full lobby of people I am genuinely blown away at their level of customer service under intense pressure and FAST SPEED! These guys are a dynamic duo lol I really hope corporate sees this review and recognizes them for their hard work! You can just tell that they take pride in their work and genuinely love their jobs. They should honestly be used as examples on a training video for corporate. They don’t even know I’m leaving this review, and I don’t leave reviews often but when I have such an incredible experience and witness two individuals going above and beyond for people around me it’s hard not to want to leave a review! I know these guys will go far in life, their positivity and kindness is infectious and has really inspired me and I’m certain they are turning people’s bad days into a good ones. These guys are truly a gem in this day and age. Thank you again and god bless the both of you!

I had a package shipped that needed my signature. I was not going to be home during the delivery time, so I used the app to change my option to store pick-up. I was charged $5.99 for the change, but I felt this was the safest option. Once I got to the store location nearest me, they charged me another additional $5 as a hold fee. This was never disclosed to me, and they are able to do this (apparently) because they’re a “stand alone” UPS store. Again, I was never notified anywhere that this was an additional charge. Feels like a scam so the owner can pocket the fee.
Also, the employee who helped me was rude when I tried asking for clarification stating I had already paid a fee to UPS.
The only saving grace was the employee who originally called me to let me know my package was ready for pickup. He also gave me the most sympathetic reaction when I got surprised by the additional charge (he obviously had no idea).
