- AAAlexandra AmethystJul 10, 20262.0I'm a long-term customer of about seven years, and let me tell you. The older blonde haired woman who runs it is a problem. She doesn't look at how she can help you--instead, she inspects all your packages to try to find something wrong with them, and 100% of the time tries to make you spend more money. She makes me so uncomfortable shopping there, that I go somewhere else if I see her working. The employee turnover is EXTREMELY high at that store (always new person working, and they never make it past a couple of months), so I'd bet she's driving them away too.
- RLrebecca liconJun 26, 20265.0I had a great experience at this UPS Store. I arrived right at 8:00 a.m. when they opened, and I was helped immediately by a very kind gentleman. I needed to make copies of some documents but couldn't quite figure out the copier, and he happily stepped in to help without hesitation. When I mentioned that I needed to ship the documents using a prepaid UPS Express label, he noticed I was about to use a small envelope. He immediately let me know that my prepaid label included a larger padded Express envelope at no extra cost and went ahead and got it for me. I really appreciated that he took the initiative to make sure my documents were packaged more securely instead of just letting me use what I had. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I also noticed the sign mentioning that the store is locally owned and operated, which was nice to see. I was in and out in record time, and the entire experience was smooth, friendly, and efficient. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!
