  I’m extremely frustrated with this delivery experience. I paid extra for express shipping specifically to receive my phone on time, and UPS still managed to get it wrong. The driver only rang a doorbell once—and to make matters worse, it wasn’t even my actual doorbell. They didn’t knock or make any real effort to confirm whether anyone was home. My vehicle was clearly parked in the driveway, which should have been an obvious sign that someone was present. Because of this lack of effort and carelessness, I now have to wait an additional day to receive my phone. This delay has caused me to miss important scheduled appointments, all because UPS couldn’t take a few extra seconds to properly attempt a delivery. For a company that charges for express service and claims reliability, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect better.

  I love the fast easy services that I can get. Each time I come, I am greeted so pleasantly. The associates are all so nice, literally all of them. I can always get a good laugh with my girl Monica. I will continue to come back for life!!! Eddie and Monica usually help me when I come and they are so amazing!!

  The new management team is great. Kat assisted me with my mail order this week during rush hour. She is an awesome lady.

  Excellent service and met the new owner Rabia. She promises not to charge for a strip or 2 of tape. Now my go-to UPS Store.
