  I have been going to the UPS 14080 Naco, forever and a day and I have always been treated wonderfully! Everyone that works there are on top of everything and always willing to help.

  Wow. I have been selling on Amazon.com since 2013 and have been exclusively been using UPS for delivery and returns since then. I have been shipping products for 3 to 5 times / day for almost 13 years. This store location in San Antonio has been the worse experience of all of the other UPS stores I have used. They have a big sign out front saying Open 7 Days. That's probably because business is so bad because they don't value and treat their customers well, so they need to be open an extra day to make up for the lost revenue for how they treat walk-in customers. So very disappointed in this store. Avoid this location if you can, but I realize there is not a UPS on every corner like I have in Houston.

  I went to the store a couple of hours ago and was greeted by Penny, one of the rudest workers I have ever met. Instead of "Hello, how may I help you," I was met with, "what do you need? (in aggressive tone)." When I said, I needed to return a package. She said, "put it over there." I asked her if she was asking ot telling me. When I asked to use better customer service and courtesy, she rolled her eyes and denied saying what she had said and rudely handed me my receipt. I visit this store often to send things out. I have always felt welcomed and treated well. But this time, I guess was that one time when the worker didn't want to be at work. It wouldn't have been so bad if she had simply apologized for the misunderstanding and watched her tone. Instead, she continued to use a rough authoritative tone and argue that she did nothing wrong. I hope you teach this young lady manners and how to de-escalate a situation rather than arguing with customers. This young lady is definitely not customer friendly!
