- JSJimmie SmithAug 20, 20265.0My family member moved to Boston for school in August 2026. I was at a loss of how to get her things to her. I had about eight boxes total. I went to UPS Nacogdoches and talked to Jenny, the manager. She immediately set up a plan to help me. I spaced the movement out over three days using UPS ground. Jenny organized my boxes, tagged them, and made sure they got on the truck as soon as I brought them in. All three shipments arrived on time in Boston with zero issues. The MOST impressive thing about this effort was Jenny’s level of outstanding customer service. UPS was very busy each time I shipped but Jenny never made me feel rushed. She made sure all of my paperwork was complete and even helped me correct a signature on delivery issue. Her coworker Michael was also outstanding. He lifted and carried those heavy boxes to save this old man’s back and helped get them ready for the UPS truck. I had a definite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience! Thank you so much Jenny, Michael, and UPS!

- RLRay LewisAug 9, 20265.0Two packages to drop off for shipment. Google Maps listed two UPS stores nearby. Since I was going out to eat on Nacogdoches Rd after 1100am, took my packages to the Nacogdoches location for shipment which is only 2/10th of a mile farther. Although the Gen Z employee didnt smile, he was all business & efficient. Only one other customer was in store so there was no waiting time. Clerk verified my sender/receiver information, content of each package, how much insurance, & how they were to be sent. One package weighed almost 8 pounds. Paid $38 to transport both. In & out in a few minutes. Used their services in the past years to return or replace communications equipment.
