  This is the most helpful UPS store in SA. The customer service is impeccable. They are generous with their time and knowledge. I am so thankful to have them as my local UPS store.

  What a great experience today. I was doing a few Amazon returns and Amberlyn was so helpful. I think of myself as tech savvy but today was not a good day. Amberlynn was very patient and walked me through each step to correct all my errors. I highly recommend this UPS Store!!!!

  UPS stores are independently operated. No two locations are exactly the same. If you have the ability to choose where you ship from, this is the place to choose! I live right by another UPS location, but drive further to this store because their customer service is outstanding and their hours are more comprehensive. They have a notary onsite nearly always during their hours of operation (except an hour before closing), so an appointment is not necessary. I appreciate how efficiently they handle Amazon returns and all other printing services here. I’ve been charged $7 for a piece of tape at other UPS locations where I brought in a package to mail and was told it wasn’t taped up tightly enough but also the store would not add additional tape without charging me. You are not going to be treated like that at this location. The owner Anna is almost always onsite and runs a competent operation without sacrificing friendly service. The store has dedicated parking and mailboxes as well.

  I’ve had many BOXES with UPS across the country and hands down Castle Hills is the best, Anna Stamps and her crew especially Lee , they go over and beyond , but the most important thing that I have noticed is that when a RUDE CUSTOMER goes in and with no patience , Anna and her staff remain calm and very professional, it saddens me that when someone can be so rude to such a beautiful soul. Like who does that, because I’ve seen when they have a double line almost out the door and they are running and trying their hardest to get everyone done in a timely manner and people are still not satisfied and I’ve seen this team actually sweat and all because they live their job and they love their customers in General, so hats off to this location and staff, I am so grateful for them and they make my business run a ton smoother because I get packages delivered almost every single day and even on their bad days if they had one, I would never know because they always have a smile and a great attitude , I Love My Castle Hills UPS store , great job you guys ❤️ 🤗 🙏
