  Great all-in-one stop- we printed documents, had them notarize and shipped certified!What would have taken all day took 15 minutes. Matthew was great!

  I walked in planning to ship a few items to Canada and immediately lost a wrestling match with packing tape. After Ms. Tammie composed herself and caught her breath, she then stepped in like a packaging ninja, taped everything up and somehow shrank the box to half its size. I was witnessing magic right before my eyes. After her heroic efforts, she gently broke the news: shipping would be over $600 for three air filters and a laptop cushion. My soul briefly left my body. I didn’t end up shipping with UPS, but Ms. Tammie alone made the trip worth it. If customer service had a hall of fame, she’d be in it.

  I needed color prints of 19 images, as well as a reduced black and white copy... and, like, NOW. I cannot recommend the "order your printing online" option, which is apparently run by corporate and they have no control over. In the store, the staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable... and fast! Much appreciated!

  Stormy, Caitlin and her crew couldn't have done a better job getting my father's antique $1000 clock safely to Brooklyn. So happy with the care and time they took in packaging my box and that the new owner was thrilled to have a working clock

  I’m so so SO sorry for my mom, I was the one that came in with the fish box with the vase, and the two pillow cases, I’m so so so sorry I feel hella embarrassed, she was being so a little miss-understanding and you were being so hella kind, She didn’t wana buy bags for it since prices were funny and I agree, but you still have still buy boxes if it's too big She accidentally dropped the pillow cases at the counter.. and I was like.. imma just head out now.
