  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at The UPS Store on Babcock Rd! The customer service here is truly second to none. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They made what could have been a stressful shipping experience incredibly easy and smooth. The team was professional, fast, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure everything was handled perfectly.

  UPS store is where I go for all my printing and shipping needs especially on Huebner Rd. The employees that work there have great customer service and went above and beyond to help me print out an assignment. Thank you and we are truly grateful!

  Super sad to share that this location is not up to par, as the store is always a mess. Some of the employees are lagging and just always taking extremely long and just sluggish. Very unfortunate, I now driver a little longer to go to a different ups now just bc their customer service is MUCH better.
