  Truly had the most wonderful customer service experience with this store, and particularly with your associate, Alice! I had a small package of great importance to me that both the seller and I had arranged to ship from San Antonio to Dallas. She dropped it off and by honest mistake it was misplaced somewhere within the store, which I noticed when tracking hadn't shown it departing after 2 days. I contacted the store and was fortunate enough to have Alice answer, and she was not only so understanding and patient, but took the time to look through the hundreds of packages, review drop-off times, take my number down and continued to call back and stay in touch throughout the day, despite how busy they are. She found it this morning and contacted both of us right away, so excited to have located it! Truly she has gone above and beyond through this whole process!! I felt so at ease knowing she was invested in the case of our missing package and I so appreciate the care that was taken to locate it when there is so much volume that goes through the store each day. If I lived in the area this would be the only place I ever use for UPS shipments! Long-distance customer for life - Thank you Alice!!

  Great staff, Ryan was very generous and helped me take my packages in he's so professional, the rest of the staff was super helpful. I opt to drive to this ups even though there is one closer to home because of the friendly and helpful staff.

  I had an outstanding experience with Rick! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and his customer service was truly exceptional. I believe he is one of the best sales representatives I’ve ever worked with and absolutely deserves a 5-star rating. Thank you for the excellent service!

  Rick deserves a raise in pay he was above and beyond with my service he explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend Rick to everyone that comes in the store 😊😊
