  I had a horrible experience at this UPS location. I only needed a small piece of tape to secure my box, but Valerie and another female employee insisted I purchase an entire roll of tape instead. FedEx has never done that to me, and neither has the post office. While I was taping the box, Valerie was supposedly preparing the shipping label. After I finished, she told me I had covered the label with tape. If she saw me actively taping the box, why didn’t she communicate that she was placing the label on it? A simple comment would have prevented the issue entirely. The customer service here was poor from start to finish. The lack of communication, unwillingness to provide basic assistance, and overall attitude made me feel unwelcome. It honestly left me wondering whether customers are treated differently based on how employees perceive their socioeconomic status. Either way, the experience was unprofessional and disappointing.

  It is close to where I am located. It was easy, efficient and quick to return my items and get a receipt.

  The lady at the counter was SO helpful and patient when it came to returning my items. She took her time and explained the process. Amazing Customer service. I also, LOVE that it’s just a few minutes from my work and home. They have my Complete business from now on:)
