  I use this Fredericksburg location all of the time for notary services. I've never had an issue. The employees are always very courteous and professional.

  Layla was so cute and helpful! She spoke very fast but when I asked her to slow down, she giggled, smiled and did just that!!!!

  They charge for everything. They charged me $2.50 for a scan and $2.99 just to send it. I'm surprised they don't charge to come in the store.

  Would NEVER recommend this location! Walked in to have my (im a veteran) Andy son's (AF military) duffle bag weighed as he is flying out for duty next day. The tall, younger brunette male was very polite & willing to accommodate. The brunette mask wearing democrat with curly hair & glasses said rudely "we will do this as a courtesy this time but we charge for this". I told her I always go into the san Pedro Avenue UPS store & they never have (amazing store & customer service by the way). She roller her eyes and walked away. Was rude upon us leaving even after I said to the male, "thank you, I appreciate you". So this store should take notes from the san Pedro Ave location as they always go above & beyond and are always professional. Save your time & go to another store. Do better UPS!!!
