    I was berated for not having a box for my Amazon return even though it did not come in a box. I had it in the original package with all of the labels and barcode, but obviously that was not enough. She took my package and threw it in a box and said next time bring a box, you may go.!!! First and last time at that location, extremely rude!!

    I really want to come here and say the the staff are always so friendly and helpful even on the busiest days. Today was a rough day for me and Velma helped me with my returns. She talked with me about my day, even after being yelled at by very disrespectful customer who shouted at her and was honeslty being racist towards her. Both her and the tall guy that was helping him did not deserve that. The girl with the silver hair kept her composure and assisted with the line getting almost everyone out with their returns as well. PLEASE BE NICE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKERS! THIS STAFF HAS SOME OF THE BEST TEAMWORK I HAVE EVER SEEN!

    I live less than half a mile from this UPS Store and have used it many times. Unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been poor, and today was the final straw. I came in for a notarization. The manager addressed me abruptly and spoke to me in a tone that was completely unnecessary: “Step to the side. Get your ID out. Don’t sign anything. Wait.” This is not the first time I’ve been spoken to this way at this location. When I became visibly irritated but chose not to engage, she commented on my demeanor instead of maintaining professionalism. I asked for a manager — she stated she was the manager. I asked for a district, regional, or general manager — she said they don’t have those. I asked for a corporate number — she refused. I asked for her name — she refused, despite wearing a name badge. She then called the owners and spoke about me as if I wasn’t standing right there, giving her own narrative of the situation. When she hung up, I told her she needed to watch her tone and that I do not accept being spoken to that way. Her name is Velma Lopez, and her conduct was unprofessional and unacceptable. I have reported this incident to UPS Store Corporate. I will not be returning to this location, and if the next closest store is owned by the same franchisee, I will stop using UPS entirely. No customer deserves to be spoken to like this. Unacceptable experience. If Ms. Lopez has a background in corrections or law enforcement, or is married to someone who does, that tone may be normal in that environment — but it is not appropriate for customer service. She should be retrained immediately. I will not return to this store, and I will share my experience whenever relevant so other customers know what to expect. If the nearby UPS Store is owned by the same franchisee, I will avoid that one as well.

    Got my package 7 days late and didn't get my refund from store it took me calling them over and ove for 2 monthsr and finally got my refund it took 2 Months I will never go there again
