  I would like to provide feedback about an experience I had today at approximately 12:30 PM. I unfortunately do not remember the names of the two employees who assisted me. The female employee was extremely unhelpful, and her customer service was very poor. I did not feel supported or treated professionally when I needed assistance. Her attitude and lack of willingness to help made the experience very frustrating and disappointing. The male employee who was with her, who had a beard, was completely different. He was very helpful, respectful, cooperative, and knowledgeable. He appeared to have good experience with the subject and genuinely took the time to help me. I really appreciate the male employee’s professionalism and willingness to assist me. Unfortunately, the female employee demonstrated very poor customer service, and I believe her behavior and attitude toward customers need significant improvement.

  Staff were welcoming; acknowledged my establishment entry; were most accompanying in providing services. Upon completing business welcomed me to come again...also, offered assurance to contact me should there be any kickback from information recipient. Many Mini Thanks. You ALL are A P P R E C I A T E D. GREAT DAY?

  Said open 9 am on Saturday. I'm here on Saturday 9:30 am and is close! Just wasted my time and drive.
