  I am actively using UPS services for sending domestic and international mails. The staff are very friendly and efficient in their work. I get number of options for a mail. They nicely explain everything before paying and ensure that I get the right one.

  The staff is very nice and try whatever they can to help. It’s just the hours that are terrible. Some of us have jobs and classes to where we can’t get our mail until later in the day. Also, I had a package today trying to deliver but it was only half an hour after closing time. Then it turns out that it’s closed for the entire week? This package has been out there for over 2 months and usps was clearly confused when transporting it, then when they finally get to the right place, the ups store is closed? When they attempt to deliver again and still can’t get access to the ups store then I’ll never get it. The money I spent on a mailbox here isn’t worth it. Don’t get a mailbox at this ups store! If you don’t want to experience the same thing, then just get a P.O. Box at the local post office.
