  Great location and super customer service. Moe is exceptionally kind and helpful. I was able to complete a notary need and ship a package in under five minutes. I have a UPS store just outside my neighborhood and drove past it to come down here 3 miles beyond the one in front of my neighborhood because of the customer service.

  I literally learnt some "new things" about shipping at this location. Last time I tried to return an Amazon purchase, but was told I didn`t pack it with a "shipping box", so the return was not accepted. The return did have a box, but not a so-called "shipping box". Today I went there for returning again. I did have a "shipping box", with label printed and attached to the box nice and flat. Then I was told the label was printed "too small", so they couldn`t scan it. I asked if I could try myself. Guess what? Yes I was able to scan it, just need to put the scanner a little far away from the bar code. If the manager of this store ever read this review, please train your staffs better. They are there to help the customers, not to cause obstacles!

  Came in at the last second before closing on a Saturday and these guys went out of there way to help. Definitely coming back!!!
