  Everyone I encountered in the store was very sweet and accommodating. Nahid was especially welcoming and helped me with my somewhat complicated mailing instructions and did it all with a smile. This is my favorite UPS store to go to as they are always easy to work with.

  I usually have a really great experience at This location, but today, I was very disappointed in the staff. There was no manager on site and the way that your staff treated a young lady today was unacceptable. He was very argumentative not looking for a solution and he says he was acting on the Manager‘s behalf and it was very disappointing to see you guys shouldn’t have only staff present. You need a manager on site at all times because the young gentleman that worked there today was very rude and mean and condescending when he spoke to the young lady.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This UPS Store on Potranco is absolutely amazing! Don’t let the long lines discourage you. The team keeps things moving and works quickly and efficiently to get everyone taken care of. They consistently go above and beyond to get customers in and out as smoothly as possible. Nick and Nahid are especially outstanding and always provide excellent service. My only suggestion would be to recalibrate or reposition the door buzzer because it goes off constantly while customers are standing in line. Other than that, this location definitely deserves five stars!
