  I did not want to write a review because I don’t want anyone to know how awesome this UPS Store location and then it will get crowded. I will bypass other UPS locations to come here. The star of this location is Mallory. She is fantastic and provides the best service. Not only is she friendly, professional, and helpful, she know how to anticipate your needs. I had to mail a letter to Canada and showed up with the documents confused and lost, Mallory said no problem. Not only did she provide a stronger envelope than what I had, she explained the process and reassured me and did it. She gave me peace of mind. Thank you! Mallory reminds me of other services, so I was able to get a document laminated, I was going to buy a machine and now I don’t have to. Mallory has also offered to print documents and Invitations and reminds me of other services they offer. I have been here when Mallory helps other customers. She is very patient with older people and just wonderful.
